4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial to explore Rillow's features. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or account cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Rillow without permission
- Use the service to generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Abuse or exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities in our service

Rillow, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Rillow Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you input into Rillow (domains, keywords, strategies). By using our service, you grant us a license to process this data to provide and improve our services.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI features (keyword recommendations, content briefs, strategic insights) is provided for your use. You may use AI-generated content for your business purposes, but we make no guarantees about its accuracy or suitability.
7. Third-Party Services
Rillow integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, DataForSEO, and AI providers (Anthropic, Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
8. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Rillow, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

RILLOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Keyword data, metrics, or AI recommendations will be accurate or complete
- Using our recommendations will result in improved search rankings or traffic
- Third-party integrations will remain available

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RILLOW INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF RILLOW SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rillow Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
